Tournament refund / cancellation policy Edmonton Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. *In order to properly prepare for the event, As per PDGA full refund will be given up to 30 days prior to the event, 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event, 25% refund up to 1 week prior to the event, if a refund is requested 7 days or less prior to the start of the tournament, Pros will not get a refund and their fee will be added to the Pro payouts, Amateurs will receive their full amateur player pack instead of a refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
