Vendors will be on site and GCCO merch will be for sale. Games with prizes will be available for free! We will also be hosting our annual awards ceremony recognizing our volunteer of the year and our 2023 Gulf Coast Tour Challenge Champions.

About this tournament

February 15th - 16th | 3 rounds of play over 2 days on 7 of the Tampa areas best courses. Your course schedule will depend on your pool assignment. Please review the 'Pictures' section of this registration page to review your course and pad assignments. All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to Echo - Florida (https://echofl.org/brandon/)

PDGA A-Tier for Amateur players (True Amateur Format) | PDGA A-Tier for Professional players ($3,000 added cash).

$91 Entry

$5 PDGA A - Tier Per Player Fee
$5 TD Fee (Donated to Charity)
$11 'Greens Fees' (Park Permitting)
$70 to Player Pack (for Ams) to Pro Purse (Pros)

There is no payout for Am divisions.

Official Refund Policy:

All refund requests are subject to a $2 handling fee per PDGA rules.

All refunds will be handled according to the below policy.

Early Registration fee of $50 is non refundable.

Event registration will close on 2/1/2025

All drop requests prior to 2/1/2025 will be given 100% monetary refund (minus a $2 handling fee).

All drop requests between 2/1/2025 and 2/7/2024 will be given a 100% monetary refund (minus a $2 handling fee) and will be given the opportunity to purchase any customized portion of the player package ONLY if they can be backfilled from the waitlist and ONLY if supply of items is available. Should a player not be backfilled from the waitlist, the player has the choice between a 25% monetary refund or the player package they would have received. Should the player select the player package, player will be responsible for either arranging pickup at the event, or pay for shipping of their player package. All shipments will be completed AFTER the event has concluded.

All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on 2/7/2024.

All drop requests on or after 2/7/2024 will be given their player package. Players will be responsible for either arranging pickup, or paying for shipping of their player package. All shipments will be completed AFTER the event has concluded.

Trophy Winning Positions by Division (These values are determined by the number of registered players in each division and in accordance with PDGA recommendations)

Projected trophy earning positions based on last years registration. These are determined based on registration levels by division and are subject to change, though in my experience they tend not to:

1st - 5th | MA1, MA2, MA3
1st - 3rd | MA50, MPO, MP40, FA3, MP50, FA1, MA40, MA4, MA60
1st - 2nd | FA4, FPO, FA60, FA2, FA40
1st | All remaining divisions

Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved.

All other ties for trophy positions will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played on 3 consecutive holes that are nearest to tournament central on the respective courses. Should this not resolve the tie, CTP on the 3rd hole will be used to determine who is awarded the trophy.

Per PDGA guidelines, we will be using the PDGA Ratings Update published on 1/14/2025 to determine division eligibility. At this time, any adjustments to players division and pool will be made on this day and notification will be sent via email to any impacted players. This will also allow any additional spots that are open to allow for these changes will be released to the waitlist.

Refund policy

All withdraws will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds. In all applicable areas where a handling fee is noted, Gulf Coast Events & Promotions reserves the right to retain $2 from each withdraw as a handling fee per PDGA rules.
