We understand it's your decision, and we respect it, but for your future consideration, with so many events to choose from these days, and our busy summers now that covid has subsided to a manageable degree, we often don't decide to pull the trigger and sign up for an event until shortly beforehand. I think it's highly probabal this event would have had a surge of signups shortly beforehand. At any rate, we hope you'll consider running a different event soon. I know from personal experience how much work it is, and we all really appreciate TDs like you for doing it!

fwiw, the email I sent to players gave more information, and I was at risk of losing upto $600 at current numbers. It wasn't a risk I could take hoping people would sign up later

I won't have the final layout info until early August but some likely lins include 1 long right, 3 mound, 4 mound, 5 deep right, 8 long, 12 long, 15 long, 17 long.
