Official Refund Policy:

Event registration will close on 2/3/2023

All drop requests prior to 2/3/2023 will be given 100% refund.

All drop requests between 2/3/2023 and 2/10/2023 will be given a cash refund and will be given the opportunity to purchase any customized portion of the player package ONLY if they can be backfilled from the waitlist.

All players on the waitlist will be refunded in full on 2/10/2023.

All drop requests on or after 2/10/2023 will be given their player package. Players will be responsible for either arranging pickup, or paying for shipping of their player package.

Trophy Winning Positions by Division (These values are determined by the number of registered players in each division)

MA1, MA2, MA3 | 1st - 5th
MPO, MP40, MA40, MA50 | 1st - 3rd
MP50, FA1, MA60, FA2, FA3, MA4 | 1st, 2nd
All other divisions | 1st


Any first place tie will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played indefinitely until the tie is resolved.

All other ties for trophy positions will result in a sudden death playoff that will be played on holes 1,2 and 3 of the respective courses. Should this not resolve the tie, CTP on hole 3 will be used to determine who is awarded the trophy.

Per PDGA guidelines, we will be using the PDGA Ratings Update published on January 10th to determine division eligibility. At this time, any adjustments to players division and pool will be made on this day and notification will be sent via email to any impacted players. This will also allow any additional spots that are open to allow for these changes will be released to the waitlist.

From the PDGA:

If you have pre-registered, the TD may allow you to remain in that division as long as the event is within two weeks of the ratings posting date. If you did not pre-register before the new ratings were posted, then you are expected to play in the division (or higher) where your new rating now resides.

The February PDGA Ratings Update will be published on February 14th, which is within 2 weeks of the ratings posting date.

Refund policy

All refunds will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds.
