About this tournament
Hello and welcome to the 2023 Blackjack Open!
We're back for our 2nd year and going much, much bigger this time.
We will have at least $5,000 in added cash for pro divisions and $3,000 in added merchandise for am divisions.
Payouts will be handled over PayPal for pro divisions and our good friends at Hocking Hills Disc Golf will handle am payouts again this year.
Player's packs are not finalized but I'm positive we'll be able to offer one with a total value of $100+. I'm talking multiple premium discs, quality apparel, etc. To put it bluntly, stuff you'll actually want.
In response to the overwhelming demand for this tournament last year, we have added a second course. In addition to the returning Paint Creek in Bainbridge, the beautiful Veteran's Memorial DGC in Hillsboro will make its debut.
We will be playing 1 round on Saturday and 1 round on Sunday. Exact final details are not set in stone but ideally the course schedule will be as follows:
All Pro divisions: Veteran's Memorial on Saturday, Paint Creek on Sunday
All other divisions: Paint Creek on Saturday, Veteran's Memorial on Sunday.
If you require lodging, there is a very nice campground right next to the Paint Creek course that just started taking reservations for the weekend of the tournament. Full details in the link below:
