Will there be a “caddy book” or video meeting since tee times are being assigned? Also just curious on the Players packs will they be available Friday? I’ve looked but can not find anything posted

Just want to let everyone know here in the Comments that, due to youth athletics activities (& thus parking issues) at Jack McLean Park on Saturday, yesterday we decided to flip Saturday & Sunday courses that you will play. Saturday's round will now be played at Tom Brown Park, and Sunday's round will be played at Jack McLean Park.

Are the cash ctp's going to different for the one group that has to play the longs at Tom Brown?

No. We understand some tournaments do (& some don't) cash CTP's when playing same tees. Even this past weekend in a tournament I played in, divisions played from different tees for cash CTPs, and I wasn't opposed to it since this allowed lower divisions to have a chance too.

Looks like Saturday, the 30th, all divisions are at Jack McClean...so will Tom Brown be open for practice on that day?

Kevin O'Donnell the schedule has been flipped. AM tournament is now playing Tom on Saturday and Jack Sunday. See other comments for more info.

Roughly what is the range of times (earliest start, latest start) being considered for tee times on Saturday and Sunday? I have a church event on Sunday late afternoon and am hoping there will be no conflict.

Last I played these courses a couple years ago, there were only 24 holes on each course. Have they changed or was it a typo of 27? Just curious

Gotcha. That's cool. Any idea when those holes will get put into place? Hopefully at least the weekend before so we have some time to practice on them. Looking forward to playing these courses again either way

First, thank you for your question Allen. In past years, we had three rounds (shotgun start) of 24. Due to pandemic safety considerations, and to open up more spots, there will be tee times for two total rounds of 27, for 54 holes total (which is equivalent of 3 rounds of 18 for the weekend).

What does the $50 sponsorship include? Is this just a tee box signage? Mention in the players notes or sponsor list? Is there a shirt mention sponsorship?

Thank you for your question. The $50 will certainly help us reach our overall goals for the tournament. For you, there will be signage at a hole and listing in the caddy book. Sometimes, on the fly, we'll end up doing more than one sign. Thanks again!
There will be a caddy book that is emailed out tonight. I will be doing players meeting prior to your tee off on Saturday. Not sure on the players packs
Players packs/ official tournament check-in available at TBP - near hole 1 from 2p-7p on Friday.
