***As divisions fill I will move spots from empty divisions to those with more demand so don't hold off on registering because there's availability in your division.
The 2021 Columbia Cup marks the fourth year we have run this event and this year we are stepping our game up! As usual we will play two rounds at McCormick Park but this year we are also adding a round at Trojan! Don't worry, we will be playing a modified version of the park layout, not the monster ORDGC course. The Columbia Cup will be a B Tier event and we are working toward getting A Tier status soon. We would like to see this grow into one of the biggest Oregon events an the calendar, these courses deserve it!
Registration will open on 8/17/21 but there will be an early registration option for those that are interested in sponsoring a tee sign for the event. We will post more info about that soon.
Amateurs will receive a sweet players pack and will compete for scrip paid out to the top 45% of each division. Pros will play for 100% of entries minus course and PDGA fees plus $750 added cash.
Players will be divided into two pools and will play one round with shotgun starts on each course on Saturday. Final round will be with tee times at McCormick on Sunday.
A Pool: MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50, MA40
B Pool: FA1, FA40, MA1, MA50, MA2
The number of spots for each division may be adjusted if demand is higher in some divisions than others.
There will be a raffle to raise funds for the Lower Columbia Disc Golf Club to use on course improvements--keep your eye out for new tee signs coming soon.
