Tentative Round 1 hole assignments have been posted on the PDGA page. The link can be found below.
Please note that this may change tomorrow pending any other drops or additions. So please be sure to check the Scorepoint after the Player's Meeting to ensure you have the correct starting hole.
Also, check-in is required, as you must sign your player's card to play. As mentioned, this will include the PDGA COVID-19 waiver. Thanks for your understanding on this.

During the high winds this last weekend, an enormous tree on hole 15 came down. As of right now, they hyzer route to that pin is not playable due to safety concerns from players playing on hole 12. So for the event, there will be a Mando to the left of the first tree of the tee to help ensure that no players get struck by discs. This will be marked with red caution tape, similar to the one's to be marked on holes 2 and 14.
If the city does get out to clean this up tomorrow or Friday ...

Player's Meeting Details will be posted tomorrow. The goal is to keep this meeting short and sweet with a sheet detailing all pertinent info provided to all players.
Please also follow safety protocols during the player's meeting and any times where social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes wearing a mask. This will be required during check-in and during payouts as well. Payouts will also be limited to smaller groups so social distancing can be maintained. This me ...

There will be a very prompt player's meeting the morning of the event to ensure OBs are understood. Otherwise, this event will be very straightforward. Digital Scoring will be encouraged, and the code will be provided to all players.
Also, each player will be required to sign their Player's Card that will include the PDGA COVID-19 waiver. Details for that and all of the PDGA recommendations can be found here:

We are officially full at 84 players. The waitlist will be set up as cashless to avoid any refunds needed. If you want to be added to the waitlist, please comment name, divisions, and PDGA # (if applicable) and you will be added in the order of commenting. Payment will be required the night before the event if you do happen to get a spot if any of the current players drop.
Thanks.

We now have a very special player's pack that will be given out at this year's event and it will be kept as a surprise. I assure you, it will be something all player's should like. The player's pack has a $20 value, and the division fee breakdown has been updated in the "About" section for this event.
Larry Bright Jr. Sticky October 7, 2020 at 3:25pm
Please note there will be a 3 person minimum per division, with the exception of Women's divisions. If there is not 3 per division for MA40, MA50, and MA60, you will have the opportunity to form one division or to move to another qualifying division.

Registration is officially set to open this coming Wednesday (September 3rd) at 8 PM. This event will be set up for paying registration only, and no cash-less registration will be accepted. If registration is low, cash-less registration will open up 2 weeks before the event.
Keep in mind this event moves to a Saturday for 2020, and also moves to November. So the weathering is bound to be chilly. It will feature 2 rounds of 21 holes, including the Beach Shot and the standard 20 holes playable at Sims Park.
Do you mean to say Wednesday, September 2nd? Or Thursday, September 3rd?
Thursday, September 3rd at 8 PM. Sorry for the confusion.

Once this event is officially sanctioned later this week, registration will open. This event will also be prepay only with no cashless preregistration available. I'm guessing by Saturday, I will have the event sanctioning taken care of. This event will be a C-Tier for both Pros and Ams. Thanks.
Larry Bright Jr. Sticky August 17, 2020 at 8:48pm
Please note that the date for this event has changed to November 7th and has now been approved for the reschedule and sanctioning. Sanctioning fees will be paid later this week and at that point I will re-open registration, with the event staying as a pre-pay only event. More details to come very soon including player pack details and other pertinent information.
Thanks.

I am temporarily disabling registration for this event with the current COVID situation. Being in Cuyahoga County, getting approval from the park for this event in September. This event will still happen. But it may be delayed if things don't improve. A tentative reschedule will most likely be in early November from what I can see based on other local events.

Tony Gede and Nick Higginbotham...you will need to be moved up to MA3 based on your ratings. You will each owe $10 tomorrow to be eligible to play to cover the cost difference between divisions. The cut off for MA4 is <850.
Thanks.

Please put me on the wait list. Based on the current wait list, if 3 "volunteers" want to drop out by the end of the day, see y'all tomorrow..
If someone could help me link to the event to pay that would be great appreciated!
