✅ Welcome to the FIRST Texas A&M Disc Golf Team Fundraiser at Benbrook, hosted by the Hill Country Hyzers! ✅

Thank you for supporting the Texas A&M University disc golf team by playing in this fundraiser tournament! The team is currently ranked #2 in the country via CollegeDiscGolf, and they are the highest-rated team in the country with an average player rating of 990. The team consists of: Reese Petersen, Hatcher Mason, Noah Johnson, and Asher Mueller. They are currently undefeated, winning all 5 tournaments they have played in! The aggies are hoping to replicate that success in 2025 as the National Championship draws near!

All of the proceeds the team receives from this tournament will go directly towards expenses for the 2025 National Championship campaign. The team plans to play in a number of local/Texas collegiate tournaments alongside 2 more “regional” tournaments in 2025. This includes the MidSouth Collegiate Championship, home to the legendary Disc Side of Heaven Course in Jonesboro, Arkansas where the squad finished as the runner-up in 2024. Additionally, they will compete at the Collegiate National Championship in Rock Hill, South Carolina playing the Winthrop course, home to the USDGC, where they finished 6th in 2024.

Expenses for these tournaments include but are not limited to: 
• Team entry fees
• Hotel and lodging expenses
• Travel expenses

✅ Format: This will be a 1 round, unsanctioned doubles tournament with a flex start from 8 AM - 3 PM. This is a "bring your own partner" (BYOP) doubles tournament.

✅ Scoring: We will use UDisc.

✅ Entry Fee:

PRO Divisions: $30 Registration fee per player
$5 Course rental fee
$15 Fundraising to Texas A&M DGC
$10 Payout

AM Divisions: $30 Registration fee per player
$5 Course rental fee
$5 Fundraising to Texas A&M DGC
$15 Player pack value
$5 Payout

✅ Payout: Top 25% will be paid out for ALL divisions. Payout for EVERYONE will be sent via PayPal.

✅ Ace Pot: Optional. $5. There will be one Ace Pot. If no ace is hit, we will use a random wheel spin to pay out 3 spots (60%, 30%, 10%).

✅ Raffle/Prizes: The amount of prizes given out and which prizes given out will be entirely dependent on how many raffle slots are sold. This is at the discretion of the tournament director, and not all prizes may be used.

✅ Pools: There will be 2 pools: PRO and AMATEUR.

PRO Division - This division (FPO & MPO) will play the main concrete tees.

AMATEUR Division - This division (FA1 & MA1) will play the Main/Short Mix Layout (short tees on 4, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 18).
