This is our 2nd year hosting Team Club events. This event is made to give clubs opportunity to earn/raise money for their club, NOT JUST THE TEAM MEMBERS PLAYING. To compete, you must meet these expectations.
1) Your club must have club funds. This money is for any of the following, (Club parties, League CTPs(weekly), Course improvements, etc). It must benefit more then the participants at the event
2) Your team must have a club guru. The Guru is your captain, your substitute, collects money on the clubs behalf. THEIR SCORE DOES NOT HELP OR CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM TOTAL(unless they are being used as a substitute)
3) Your team must have 2- AM3 caliber players. Since your team doesn't need to have anyone current with PDGA, this is how we keep teams fair and including more then just the elite. If your AM3 is current, then that is enough. If your team has no current PDGA AM3s, then your AM3 players must be approved by another guru who knows the players.
4) Each Club can submit up to 2 teams.
5) Each team is required to bring 1 new CTP disc for the rest of players.
6) Your team must consist of of players from your club or area. A player for Wickes will attend Wickes league OR live in the Saginaw area. Etc
Format will be 2 doubles teams and 1 singles player per club team. Teams can pick how they want their team formatted(who plays dubs/singles).
We will be playing 2 rounds of 18.
