UPDATE! Polos are now optional for the players pack!
At this point, anybody who orders a polo will have their item shipped or delivered after the date of the tournament.
Welcome to the 2nd annual Swanky Time Open!
Please be sure to either add the second player to the registration, or have the other registrant make sure the same team name is selected.
A bunch of changes this year, starting with no pro divisions, we went all out on the players packs for the events.
Players pack includes custom stamped Discmania discs for choosing with a limited selection of plastics and molds!
Optional add on of a custom polo for this specific event. Team name will be put on the back of the polo.
Teams must register by Sept 28th to get the custom name on the back as well as choice of size! Any registered after this date will get the polo delivered at a later date.
These two items along with some others are providing a 125% players pack value for the tournament! Some free CTP's and other options will be available as well!
Possible raffle to be had at the end of the event.
Play will be a 2-round shotgun start doubles event.
Any teams who have a combined rating over 1800 must participate in MA1. For any questions or discrepancies on current or last recorded ratings feel free to reach out.
The $10 non-pdga member fee will be covered by Swanky Disc Golf for anybody who wants to play but is not currently a PDGA member.
Waitlist will be a non-refundable $5 per team.
Getting promoted from waitlist:
Over 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Any cancellations on 8/26/23 or later are subject to a 50% refund. In the case of the spot being filled there is a $5 fee. All cancellations until 8/25 will receive a full refund.
