So, is the idea that you can only play the second round with glow in the dark discs? Also, are you allowing same day registration?

Yes, same day registration is available. 2 lights are included in players pack, plus more can be purchased. After sunset it does get quite dark, so whatever lights your disc our if you trust where to find your disc in dark that can work too.
