Super Dubs 2024 - Captain's choice, bring your own partner.
This is a fund raising event for Spotsy Disc Golf Club, $5 from each person's entry fee will go to Spotsy Disc Golf Club in support of the Loriella Challenge. Also, $5 from each person's entry will go to Cannon Ridge.
Using four courses this year. Pools will play two of the four courses.
FIRST TEE TIME IS 9AM. Tentative pools and course assignments. Subject to change based on number of teams that sign up under each division.
Pool A: MPO / MP40 / MP50 / MA40 will play Cannon Ridge then Loriella Park. Cannon Ridge: White Tees to short baskets. Loriella: Short/White tees to YELLOW baskets. Holes 1, 3, 10 play to RED basket.
Pool B: MA1 / MA2 / MA50 will play Loriella Park, then Cannon Ridge. Loriella: Short/White tees to YELLOW baskets. Holes 1, 3, 10 play to RED basket. Cannon Ridge: White Tees to short baskets.
Pool C: Mixed / FPO / FA1 will play Pratt Park then Hazel Grove. Pratt Park will be two loops of holes 1 through 9. Hazel Grove will be one loop to yellow baskets followed by one loop to blue baskets.
Layouts:
Each Pool TD will determine start time for second round. Expect 60 minute break from last card finishing the first round.
Course Rules
Cannon Ridge
Hole 4 - past marked area behind basket and extending is OB
Hole 8 - pond is OB. If OB from tee, go to drop zone, all other play traditional OB. (Drop zone is on dam)
Hole 9 - must be above/past the roped off area. If not above/past go to drop zone
Hole 10 - mando tree, must be to the right, if missed go to drop zone (Drop zone is the red tee)
Hole 12 - paved driveway is OB (gravel is safe)
Hole 14 - driveway and left of driveway is OB
Hole 15 - driveway is OB
Hole 17 - driveway (left) and across is OB
Hole 18 - mando tree, must be to the right, if missed, go to drop zone (Drop zone is at Mando sign)
Loriella Park
Hole 10 - pond is OB. If OB from short tee, go to drop zone
Hole 13 - pond is OB
Hole 18 - inside fence is OB
Pratt Park
Hole 1 - Asphalt road
Hazel Grove
Hole 1 - lake on right side is OB
Hole 2 - lake is OB
Hole 3 - lake is OB
Hole 5 - lake is OB
Hole 6 - lake is OB
hole 7 - boundary line on right is OB
Hole 8 - boundary line on right is OB
Hole 9 - boundary line on right is OB and water behind long basket and by hole 1 tee is OB.
"If" a pro (as defined by PDGA / accepted cash at a PDGA event) teams with an amateur player, in order for that team to play "Am", that pro player's rating must be below 950 (meaning 949 or lower) and the other player must be a true amateur player. This team must also play MA1 regardless of the amateur player's skill level. To play in age protected division, both players must meet minimum age requirement for that division.
No day of registration, you must pre-register.
