    7:30am - 8:30am

    Day of sign ups will be accepted from 7:30am-8:30am. Players who have signed up online prior to the day of will need to check in with the tournament staff before 8:30am.

    8:45am

    Mandatory Players' Meeting at Tournament Central. Hole assignments will be announced at the Players' Meeting and posted on PDGA.com.

    9:15am

    First round tee-off, shotgun start.

    12:30pm

    (Estimated) End of Saturday round. Players go home and rest for Round 2 on Sunday.

    6:00pm

    Sunday hole assignments available on PDGA.com.

    8:40am - 8:55am

    (Optional) Hole assignments available at Tournament Central, in addition to being on PDGA.com.

    9:00am - 11:00am

    Second round. Shotgun start with hole assignments posted electronically by Saturday night. There will be no player's meeting. Players will be responsible for making sure they are on their assigned hole prior to the start of the round.

    11:00am - 12:00pm

    (Estimated) Score processing, awards preparation.

    12:30pm - 1:00pm

    (Estimated) Awards Ceremony, as soon as we're ready.

    1:00pm - 2:00pm

    (Estimated) Ams winners may spend their prize coupons on merchandise.

Format:
Saturday: Blue for all players except Juniors, who will play Red tees.
Sunday: Red for all players.

For amateur players, entry fee includes $10 TAAF membership. $5/player will be deducted from prize pool, and the other $5 will be paid by the club. If you are already a member, Third Coast will refund $5.
