About this tournament
This is a PDGA sanctioned C-tier event played on a new layout at the Church on the Hill property and the Cookeville Church of the Nazarene course. With there only being 9 holes at each course, we will play 2 rounds of 9 at one course, break for lunch, and 2 rounds at the other course.

Checkin from 7:30-830
Teeoff at 9.
After the last card is turned submitted, we will break for lunch for an hour, then play the 2nd round at the Church of the Nazarene
FREE LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. The Cookeville Church of the Nazarene will be providing lunch between rounds in their gym. This is also where the payout will be at the conclusion of the event.
Payouts:
Amateur divisions will be paid out with vouchers to be redeemed at the conclusion of the event at the gym at the Cookeville Nazarene Church course. Pro divisions will receive payouts via paypal.
Players packs.
The first 36 Amateur players who sign up will receive a 3 disc MVP players pack that include an electron putter, fission midrange, and photon driver. A $50+ value. Any amateur player after the initial 36 will that sign up will get a $25 voucher to Parkit Disc Golf that will be set up in the gym at the Nazarene Church.

Refund policy
ParkIt Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Close of registration is at 8 P.M. Central Time 9/29/2023. Waitlist replacements will be processed immediately after close of registration.
Official withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene.
Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else.
Player packs will not be received if you are not physically able to check in.
Competitors cannot pick up player packs for anyone else.
Player packs will not be given to anyone who withdraws.
Waitlist competitor who do not get into the event will receive a 100% refund, minus discgolfscene fees
Any withdrawal before 11:59 P.M. Central Time on 9/23/2023 will receive full refund minus discgolfscene fees.
Withdrawal from 12:00 AM Central Time 9/24/2024 to 11:59 P.M. Central Time 9/29/2023 will receive a full refund minus discgolfscene fees ONLY if your spot is filled from the waitlist at time of withdrawal request. If the spot is not filled, competitor will receive 50% refund.
Withdrawal after 11:59 P.M. Central Time 9/29/2023 will receive NO refund.
Any competitor who does not compete and fails to officially withdraw will not receive a refund or player pack.
