Amateur Player Packs

Amateurs signed up on or before 7/28/2022 will receive an MVP Black Hole Lite basket, MVP premium disc, Gateway disc, Dark Ace collaboration dry fit shirt, 1oz GG Jerky, and a few small items.

Amateurs signed up after 7/28/2022 will receive a STLDGC voucher, Gateway disc, Dark Ace collaboration dry fit shirt, 1oz GG Jerky, and a few small items.

Shirt sizes can only be guaranteed if registered on or before 7/28/2022! Competitors registered after this date will still get shirts but we cannot guarantee the sizes. (Extras shirts will be ordered following a standard distribution of sizes and will be first come, first served during pickup)

Regarding player pack pickup, a friend can pick up your player pack with prior authorization from you (the competitor). Send an email to [email redacted] with the name of the person authorized to pick up your pack and we'll record it.

IMPORTANT: Amateur player packs must be picked up at player check in or during the player's party. We will not be shipping!

An email will be sent with course guides to competitors prior to the event.

Player pack pickup and check in at 4 Hands Brewing - $1 off of pints for all competitiors! There are two time windows to avoid Cardinal's traffic: 12-5 and 7-9:30! Drive through or come and have a brew!

Player's Party at Logan University in the Pavilion on Saturday night: Guests welcome to join! This is where the raffle will happen and you do not have to be present to win! Raffle will include (but not limited to): Zuca carts, MVP Voyager bags, MVP Black Hole Pro HDs, and lots of sweet discs!

Dark Ace will be running a Pros v Joes Putting Competition! To qualify, come to player check-in on Thursday and go upstairs at Four Hands Brewing. If you qualify, the finals will be held at the player party at Logan on Saturday night.

SkyHyzer will be filming the lead card of MPO. Spectactors are welcome at any time - just be courteous of the players!

Payouts, Trophies, and Logistics

Payouts for amateurs will be in STLDGC vouchers. All junior divisions are trophy only.

We will use the ratings update of August 9th to ensure players are in the appropriate divisions. (There is an update on September 13th but you will not be required to move if preregistered.)

Sponsorships, Vending, and Volunteering

Hole sponsorships are available for $50 - contact Jeff Willems for hole sponsorship or more (via staff section).

Vending is available at the player's party and at the courses during play. A vending flyer can be found under the photos or you can contact any of the tournament staff for more information.

STLDGC / St. Louis Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow the PDGA policies for refunds: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Important Dates:
Full entry fee refund if withdrawn by 8/17/2022
50% entry fee refund if withdrawn by 9/1/2022
25% entry fee refund if withdrawn before 9/13/2022 (registration close)
No entry fee refund if withdrawn after 9/13/2022 (registration close)

Refunds which are partial will only be partial to the entry fee. All other items are refunded in full.
Example: $150 entry fee + $10 raffle = $160 paid, if withdrawn on 8/28 (50% entry fee refund) your refund would be $85 ($150 * 50% + $10).
