About this tournament

Springfield's Ice Bowl is back as the Springfield Frozen Open for 2025! We’re back at Pasfield Golf Course - layout will be virtually the same as 2024. This is a charity event meant to gather food and raise money to help address food insecurity in our community. This year, we are supporting Kumler Outreach Ministries, just down the road from Lincoln Park.

The tournament format will be as follows:
- 1 round, at a temporary course at Pasfield Golf Course.
- Best shot doubles.
- $20 a person/$40 a team

Players meeting at 12:45 and tee-off at 1pm.

Optional ace pot for $5 each. Unlimited mulligans will be available at $1 a throw. A mulligan ace does not count for the ace pot. Mulligans will be tallied and paid at the end of the round.

Each division will have prizes for the winners and we will also have CTP prizes on multiple holes. More details to come.

Bringing non-perishable goods is always a welcome bonus. Also, personal hygiene items, (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes/toothpaste) as well as saltine crackers, canned chili and peanut butter are especially helpful to Kumler. The goal is to reach 200 pounds of food.

If no one hits an ace, the ace pot will be donated to charity. All money from mulligans will be donated to charity as well. Thank you for making this event a great kick-off to the season!
