From the "About this tournament": "There will be two rounds with tee times, one at Oak Ridge on Saturday and one at Westy Acres on Sunday. Please, everyone, arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the tee time."

Are there fire pits or are we allowed to bring a grill to cook on for the camping people.

Grills, camp stoves, blackstones, any other camp cooking device are all totally fine to bring with you.

Camping setup can happen anytime starting Friday afternoon (5/19) and Friday night camping is fine.
