IF YOU SHOW UP DAY OF AND ARE ON THE WAITLIST AND DO NOT GET IN TO THE EVENT WE WILL GIVE YOU 2 FREE DAY PASSES ($20 VALUE) TO THE NEDGC FOR FUTURE USE
The 2021 Spoonwood Classic will be a 1 day 2 round PDGA C-Tier played on Spoonwood Ridge at the New England Disc Golf Center.
All pro players will play both rounds from the white tees
All Pro players play for a full cash payout minus included $5 greens fee
There will be a trophy for first place in all divisions
All players will pay $5 for greens fees

Official course layouts will be finalized for the Saturday prior to the event date
A box lunch will be offered for purchase on the day of the event please bring cash
We will have a $2 ace pot, we will hold a drawing prior to awards for the winner if an ace has not been hit.
EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER:
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Andrew Gardner, Freda Brown, the New England Disc Golf Center and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releases with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."
Refund
We will hold this event in accordance with the current Covid mandate in the state of MA at the time of the event in June.

Refund
We will hold this event in accordance with the current Covid mandate in the state of MA at the time of the event in June.
Refund policy
New England Disc Golf Center is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
A. Players must directly email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director at the contact information posted for the tournament in order to satisfy an official request.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before
the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or walk up entry . If the player's spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% cash refund or just the player's pack the player would received if they had attended minus cost of shipping. Pros will receive 50 % of entry fee.
D. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration will recieve 25% of entry fee or players pack only (minus shipping cost). Pros will receive a 25% cash refund .
E. Players who do not officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don't play forfeit their entry fee with no player's pack and no refund,
