Nate Heinold Sticky Gold, Silver and Bronze passes are NON refundable. Those passes may be transferred or sold to another person. Daily VIP passes and all GA passes are refundable if the refund is requested before 7/1/24. Refunds of daily VIP passes and all GA passes are subject to a $10, non-refundable fee.

Nate Heinold Feb 7, 2024 All tickets are transferrable. You can just edit your registration and swap in someone else's name and email. This option expires once the event begins.

Nate Heinold Aug 19 You should buy a GA ticket for that day. For buying two days of GA tickets, just purchase a ticket and then at the bottom you can select add another registrant to add another ticket.

Carter Eggleston I purchased 2 Saturday GA tickets since my fiance and I were waitlisted for Saturday VIP. We have since gotten off of the waitlist. Is it possible to have our GA tickets refunded? If so, can I have my merch from the GA ticket transferred to the VIP ticket? Aug 18
