What is included for vip Saturday? Merchandise? Meet & greet?

Nate Heinold   January 18, 2024 at 3:19am

You have the option to purchase a Saturday VIP pass or a Saturday VIP pass with merchandise for $50 more. The daily VIP pass without merchandise only gives you access to VIP areas on the course and the ability to follow cards inside the ropes.

How early are events starting on Wednesday. my son and I are staying in lynchburg for the week but debating on driving out that morning vs the night. Saving a nights hotel stay. We're just a couple hours away. TIA

First tee times will go out that morning at 8AM. FPO featured card probably around 10AM and MPO probably around 3PM.

If I purchase a Silver Pass, and my girlfriend has a bronze pass. Is she allowed to caddy for me during the round on Ivy Hill on Sunday that I get to play?

Thank you for the clarification!

Matt Hendrick   January 23, 2024 at 3:15pm

@Nate, tagging on here. What pass would someone need in order to come along as my +1 for the Ivy Hill play on Sunday before the event? Are they required to have a pass at all? Thanks!

Nate Heinold   January 23, 2024 at 4:04pm

They are not required to have a pass, but you would need to have a Gold pass.

Cory Schuchart    January 10, 2024 at 9:13pm

Hello, will anything be sent to me or will everything be a pick up at the event?

Nate Heinold   January 10, 2024 at 9:20pm

You will pick up everything at the event.

Cory Schuchart   January 16, 2024 at 7:26am

Thank you. Will more information be sent out closer to the event?

Nate Heinold   January 16, 2024 at 1:59pm

Yes

Alex Babb    January 8, 2024 at 10:56pm

What is the link for tickets?

Are the dates posted for when players will be at the 2 different courses?

Nate Heinold   January 8, 2024 at 3:19pm

The course schedule has not yet been posted, but the top pool of players for MPO and FPO will play Ivy Hill Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and New London Wednesday and Friday.

The Gold package mentions the worlds cart, but does not mention the worlds bag. Does that mean golf gets the cart in lieu of the bag? Or does Gold get both?

greg “Chain Hunter” placides   January 7, 2024 at 5:30am

It appears when looking at the pictures of each vip option gold gets the atv cart and silver gets the bag. Look at the menu options and select pictures and it explains in detail what each vip package contains

Matt Hendrick   January 7, 2024 at 5:35am

Nods. When I first looked I was under the impression each level built on the other. So seemed strange silver would get something gold doesn't. So wanted to verify.

Nate Heinold   January 7, 2024 at 2:59pm

Each of the pictures under the Pictures tab details the benefits of each of the levels.

Chris McGrath    January 5, 2024 at 6:20pm

Super excited for this event! I would like to get a Silver Pass and add a 12 year old. Is that possible? Why is there a difference listed in the age of kid add on?

Nate Heinold   January 5, 2024 at 6:45pm

The Silver pass allows you to add on a child 10 and under. Gold pass allows 13 and under. Each level has different benefits.

Josh Hollier    January 3, 2024 at 11:58pm

Can someone who does not have a silver or gold vip pass be able to ride in the cart on the practice round at Ivy Hill as long as they are not playing?

Nate Heinold   January 4, 2024 at 12:11am

No.

Chris McElroy    January 2, 2024 at 4:02pm

Hi Nate, Am I correct in understanding that children 5 and up will need a paid ticket. Is that typical for Worlds? I feel like most events last year were 10 and under are free with a paid adult. Just wanted to double check. Thanks!

Nate Heinold   January 2, 2024 at 4:48pm

What is listed on the tournament page is accurate. The Gold and Silver VIP tickets do include some additional add on children options.

Any info on price for vendors???

Nate Heinold   December 30, 2023 at 3:04am

Please email [email redacted] for information on vending

Richard Sisson    December 30, 2023 at 12:38am

I would like to volunteer, who can I contact about volunteering?

Nate Heinold   December 30, 2023 at 3:04am

Email [email redacted] in March

Josh Hollier    December 28, 2023 at 11:58pm

Is there any way you could provide a breakdown of the value difference between the silver and bronze VIP passes? I understand the different items/experiences between the two passes, but a monetary breakdown of the added benefits of the silver pass would be helpful to constitute the added $625 cost.

What we can provide is what we listed for the benefits of each ticket.

Josh Hollier   December 31, 2023 at 12:28am

What are the meal tickets valued at?

Nate Heinold   December 31, 2023 at 3:09pm

Josh, please see above comment, what we can provide is what we listed for the benefits of each spectator ticket.

Josh Hollier    December 26, 2023 at 6:27am

How many silver and bronze vip tickets will be available?

Nate Heinold   December 26, 2023 at 2:04pm

30 to 50 of each.

Nick Noll    December 26, 2023 at 12:22am

How many gold vip tickets will there be? Just wondering if I need to be quick about getting the tickets

Nate Heinold   December 26, 2023 at 4:18am

They will be very limited, probably 40 available.

Nick Noll   December 26, 2023 at 7:06pm

Do you know if they usually go pretty fast?

Nate Heinold   December 27, 2023 at 1:46pm

We haven't hosted Worlds since 2019, so I am not sure! Based on the benefits we are offering we expect demand to be strong.

Jeff Seaton    December 22, 2023 at 5:03pm

Will the fly Mart be a one day specific time exclusive kind of thing or will it be at Ivy Hill open all week?

Nate Heinold   December 22, 2023 at 5:21pm

Vendors will be there all week selling. Flymart Saturday night.

Josh Hollier    December 22, 2023 at 3:32pm

More of a general question. I know it’s not a perk for any of the spectator passes, but will New London be available for the public to play anytime around worlds? When is the last day before worlds begins that the public can play the course and when is the first day after worlds concludes that the public can play the course?

Nate Heinold   December 22, 2023 at 4:29pm

That information is not available yet, but in general, no, it will not be available for play anytime around Worlds.

Josh Hollier   December 22, 2023 at 5:31pm

The park will still be unavailable to play days after worlds concludes on Sunday?

Nate Heinold   December 23, 2023 at 3:46pm

We do not have the schedule yet, but it's not going to be available for play right after Worlds.

greg “Chain Hunter” placides    December 22, 2023 at 6:22am

For general admission it does not say “ the ability to follow cards “ as stated in the vip packages ? So General admission just spectates from afar and can’t follow ?

Nate Heinold   December 22, 2023 at 1:08pm

GA Admission tickets will not have the same access. Spectator maps are coming very soon.

greg “Chain Hunter” placides   December 22, 2023 at 3:25pm

Thanks

Jeff Seaton    December 22, 2023 at 5:55am

When and where will the fly mart be?
Is vender village open all week or just the last 2 days?

Nate Heinold   December 22, 2023 at 1:07pm

Flymart will be at Ivy Hill. Vendor village will be open all week.

Matt Hendrick    December 21, 2023 at 7:36pm

Do we have a date/time for Opening Ceremonies and the Player's Dinner? Also dress code for either?

Nate Heinold   December 21, 2023 at 10:44pm

It will be the day before the event, dress code is casual. Time TBA later.
