When will we get a email about where to pick up our passes and what day

What are we going to be allowed to bring into the property on tournament days? Food, water, alcohol, discs, etc? Also, what sort of bag will we need to use? Does it have to be a clear bag?

Hey Nate, I can't find a bag policy in my emails either. I'm getting "2024 Pro Worlds Updates" emails from you, but nothing in those emails alludes to any sort of bag policy. That I'm getting those emails indicates to me that my email is entered correctly, is it possible that one or more groups of ticket holders are not receiving some emails?

If I sign up as a volunteer, would I still need to purchase a spectator pass for those days?

Your volunteer badge will give you GA access on the day you volunteer.

Hello, i recently purchased tickets for me and two friends, I may have entered one of their emails incorrectly, as he didnt get the email saying we were upgraded off the VIP waitlist for thursday. Is this going to be a problem for him getting tickets and getting in (IE something i need to fix) please let me know, myself and my other friend got the confirmation emails about being bumped off the waitlist. Kristen Skinner here (Kalebs mom)... Kaleb is a competitor and says his registration included 2 vip passes for the week that my husband and I will be using. We will also have our 7yr old daughter with us. I purchased her a weekly ga pass and just wanted to be sure we can still walk around with her even though our passes are different from each other. the weekly vip was waitlisted before i could purchase hers. Also when and where will be pick up the passes that he gets as a player?

Hey I was just wondering about this. I have been #2 on the bronze waitlists for some time now and I saw that the amount registered went from 460 to 462, why am I still at #2 on the waitlist then?

So excited for this event! I purchased a gold pass and will be attending all 5 days with my son as a free add-on child. We are both planning on playing Ivy Hill on Sunday 8/18. Two questions about that:
1) There was an email sent out about an Ivy Hill "spectator course" that will be available for play -- my understanding is that the Gold pass includes a round on the actual Ivy Hill course. Is this correct?
2) The Gold pass includes a guest to play Ivy Hill on 8/18. Do I still get to bring a guest in addition to my son?

Yes, the Gold Pass allows you +1 guest to play Ivy Hill on Sunday afternoon. Please respond to that email and fill out the google form if you want to play, that email has all of the instructions. The gold pass includes +1 to play the course; just you and one additional person.

I am registered with a silver VIP pass for this event. I think I am not receiving emails and updates that someone else I know with the same silver VIP pass is receiving. Is there someone I can contact to make sure I am registered correctly and receiving the emails I should be receiving?
