PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier AMATEUR ONLY.
Two Shotgun Start Rounds at Woodruff DGC
LAYOUT
• All divisions are playing all SHORT TEES to the YELLOW BASKETS. We will NOT be playing any of the “red tees”. Yes hole 10 will be a par 4 :)
• OB is pretty simple for the weekend. Pavement, Creek, and Fences. All OB is explicitly stated in the live scoring.
• OB Creek is surrounded by water. Many times this will require your card to make a call. Doubt goes to the player and if your card can’t agree: call a provisional, take a picture, and bring it to me after the round.
PLAYERS PACKS
• We have custom stamped Hub City Disc Golf Club discs from Innova. These will be a variety of molds and weights and will be available for pickup Saturday morning before the round.
HOLE ASSIGNMENTS
• Hole assignments will be posted at 9:00am when check-in ends. I will have an “IDEA” of where you are starting at check-in, but these are not final until everyone has checked in.
SCHEDULE
• Check in will be from 8:00am to 9:00am. Please check-in with me when you arrive, I’ll be located at the shelter near hole 1. Check in BEFORE 9:00. Check in BEFORE 9:00.
• There are a few lunch options nearby within driving distance. Lunch break will be 1 hour after the last card completes their first round.
• Please try to keep pace of play going, you get 3 minutes for your entire card to look for your lost disc. If you need a refresher on this see PDGA Rule 805.03.
WEATHER
• We will play in the rain. I do not expect any dangerous weather, just rain. If you hear 3 sounds of the horn that means play is suspended until it is safe to play again.
SCORING
• Live scoring code is SF22
• Please keep live score as well as at least one backup (this can also be live scoring). It’s simple and important for everyone to get use to this process.
PAYOUT
• Merch payout for the event will be through OTB discs. These will be emailed out a few days after the event in the form of a gift card for you to use. They have a great selection of discs, apparel, and more.

HCDGC HOODIES
• If you ordered a hoodie with your membership those will be available for pickup at the event as well.

• If you registered for the ace pool and we do not have an ace we will throw off for the ace pool. CTP throw off style on hole 9.

The waitlist fee is a non-refundable $10 holding fee. This is per PDGA guidelines 1.03B.
