About this tournament
The 2024 SAC will be held over Labor Day weekend, Aug 31 - Sept 2. Be a part of the one of the historically largest events in Florida. Three rounds over three days, PDGA A-tier event. The event is a true amateur event and will include high value players packages. You must be PDGA current to register.
The SAC will be held on the four courses at Bill Frederick Park and Barnett Park. Each participant will play three rounds, each with a tee time on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Your course schedule will depend on your pool assignment. Please review the 'Pictures' section of this registration page to review the current course and pad assignments. Please be at the starter location 5 minutes prior to your assigned tee time (Comp. Manual 1.04.C).
A electronic players guide will be sent to the registration email mid-week before the event. This will replace a traditional players meeting. Please read this guide as it will contain course maps and OBs, along with all pertinent information you will need to enjoy the event and activities.
PDGA dress, alcohol, tobacco, and vaping policies are in effect. Additionally, none of these activities will be permitted during play.
Players pack pick-up will only be available at HQ at Bill Frederick Park. These can be picked up on Saturday and Sunday - whenever you play at BFP.
Offered divisions will be open until Aug 1 at which point some divisions may be eliminated due to lack of registration. Apparel sizes (if applicable) only guaranteed for registrations before Aug 1. Per PDGA guidance, a minimum of 4 players are required for a division to be offered.
To withdraw from the event you must use the DGS withdraw feature. Do not post in chat on DiscGolfScene for withdrawals. Registrant can add PDGA number, change divisions and other minor changes by using the link on their registration receipt. Refer to the original registration confirmation email for an easy link.
Division winners will be awarded trophies at the conclusion of their round on the respective course. Any tie that effects trophy distribution will result in a playoff that will be played according to the rules posted in the documents section of this event page.
Fees: Registration fee is $90. This includes a pass through fee totaling $18 which includes the $4 PDGA fee, $2.50 facility rental at Barnett, $7.50 facility rental at Bill Frederick, and a $4 TD fee.
