When I registered I got put on the wait list - I signed up initially for the 50/50, Ace pot, disc, and shirt.
Do I need to add that again now that I made it in am off of the wait list?

How will waitlist work…. ie when will it be known if folks get a slot, only that morning? Or earlier? Thanks!

If someone drops out, the waitlist automatically shifts people up. If someone does not show up on the day of the tournament, we will allow someone else to fill that slot. You would have to show up for the morning check-in and you would be banking on a no-show. It's risky, but it happens all the time.

If you get moved up on the waitlist, or promoted to an active registrant you will be notified via email

You can make a card request when you check in at tournament central in the morning.

I'm in full support of our fellow women disc golfers that are currently waitlisted. Considering that the men are allotted 64 spots compared to the women's 8? Also, the field was originally fit for 12 spots, and registration technically doesn't end until August 13th... I'm sure that's plenty of time to pull some strings for two extra women, leaving the roster at an even 10. Please reconsider.

Hey Kyle, we did our best to make sure we gave everyone a chance to play. The mens 64 spots filled in less than 15 minutes. We looked at all the options for expanding the field to accommodate these women on the waitlist and we're simply stuck. Next year, we'll work to accommodate a bigger field overall and especially hope to see the women's division grow.

Hi there, I am waitlisted as well. I understand where you guys are coming from, but this is the first Chicago tournament and I was overwhelmed with excitement when I heard about it. Is there really no way you can add two extra people to the already incredibly small women's division??

We really, really wanted to have 3 cards. We waited as long as we reasonably could before reducing the field from 12 spots to 8. Kills me to see women on the waiting list now, but I don't think we have any options for adding spots at this time. We'll make an announcement if anything changes. Thanks

We'll have 9 holes set up all week starting on Monday morning. For the SSG we'll add another 9 holes for a full 18. The full 18 is 1 day only.
