Just so I’m clear this is not a shotgun start as with some other tournaments but foursomes tee off at different times from same start hole…or did I miss something?

yes- 2 streams to step across which are both literally less than 2 feet wide

Due to so many people registered, is it even possible to still have a late start? I only ask since it gets dark at 5 and one round of 27 holes, I would presume will take well over 3 hours.

There are 27 holes but they are short ones for the most part. I have it under control.

They will run from 9 to somewhere around 1 depending on number of players. You have a choice of early, late, or flexible in the registration process.

It will show up as sanctioned once registration opens which will be roughly 12/1. Things get confusing if i have too many open at once so I don't open reg for December for example until after the November event.

Is this a club specific tournament, or can any PDGA member register?

Anyone will be able to register whether PDGA member or not. Registration for this one will not open until roughly the first of December.
Correct. Everyone tees off of Hole 1.
