Scores are all up..aces too, all 4 of them! Great job out there smashing chains guys! It may have been a small crowd on Saturday, but I had a great time and I hope all of you did as well. Everything went so smoothly, and I want to thank everyone that helped out beforehand, in between rounds, and at the end. You guys rock! We raised around 75 lbs. of food for the food bank which will be delivered there this week. I know they are grateful for any donation they receive, so thanks to everyone who brought out food for them. I know some people lost discs in the snow out there that they'd like back, so just want everyone to know that we will be keeping an eye out for those and we will contact you if/when your disc is found. I hope to see many of you at our MDGO featured event on April 18-19 that is sponsored by Discraft. It's a two day tournament at Victory Park in Albion, and there will be 18 total berths distributed for both days. Come out and get your State Berth early! First 45 to sign up get a sparkle FLX Force, and they are soooo sweet. Thanks again to everyone for coming out, and we look forward to your support of LDT as we grow, change, and continue to bring quality events to this area :)

Just a couple of things for everyone to be aware of before tomorrow's event. First off, I plan on just doing registration where the kiosk at hole 1 is for now. If they did plow the other side, I may decide in the morning to set up in the pavilion, as it's much easier with all the tables in there. If someone has a truck, it would be a HUGE help if they could help transport a picnic table or two up to the front kiosk, as I think there may only be one up there right now. You can text me at 517-240-9564 if you can help with that and we'll coordinate in the morning. Registration is from 8am-9am, player's meeting at 9:15, and tee off is 9:30. We will be keeping the lunch time to a minimum, so if you can, bring a bag lunch. If not, there is store very close to the course (about a mile down the road) and they will have stuff there. Transporting all the merch has been taken care of, but I could still use a few volunteers to show up early and go around clearing and salting pads (I have the salt). The more people out there with shovels, the faster and easier this will be, especially since we are supposed to get some snow tonight. If anyone has any questions you can contact me directly. Looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning. We've got some sweet trophies and plastic to give out to our winners! I'll see you all there :)

Player lists have been updated. Tomorrow is the big day! I've got some items for the raffle, so we will be selling raffle tickets. We will also still be collecting canned and dry goods for the food drive. 2 cans/items = 1 raffle ticket. Raffle tix will also be available for $1 apiece, or 5 tickets for $4. Let's see how much food we can gather for the food pantry! It's going to be warm, warm, warm! Especially compared to the last few days. Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!

Sorry guys, been out of town for the last week so I'm just getting a chance to update. Everything should be current now. We are definitely a go for this weekend for anyone that has had a question regarding that. Couple of quick updates. We have lost some sponsors for this event, so any donations are greatly appreciated. Unless we get some more stuff in, the raffle may not happen. I will also be running this event solo. I need a couple of local people to meet me at my house the morning of to transport stuff out. Please contact me if you are able to help with this. Don't worry though, this is still going to be a really fun tournament! Can't wait to see all of you guys out there on Saturday. Weather-wise it's supposed to warm up to almost 30 degrees, so it should be comfortable without being wet out there. Thanks everyone for your support.

This is a great charity event with proceeds going directly to a local food bank that provides food for those in need. We'll have a ton of great stuff on hand for the raffle, including a brand new A14 Grip bag! Help us reach our charity goals this year. Player list is updated! Crouch I finally got you in, and Jay I've moved you up to AM3. Let's get some more early registration! Anyone that is currently cashless pre-regged is encouraged to make payment before the day of the tourney. Makes our job a lot easier :)

We have some lofty fundraising goals to benefit our local food bank! We really need to maximize the # of people at this event so we can make a real difference in the lives of the people who struggle every day just to put food on the table. If you cannot make it, but would still like to make a donation to help us achieve our goals, please contact myself or Jason and we'll make sure that your donation benefits those in need. Merchandise donations (disc golf related or otherwise) are also greatly appreciated! We will be doing some really cool raffles (just like last year) to raise as much money as possible.

Local clubs or individuals are encouraged to bring out plastic, or other good stuff for CTPs, to help make this event as much fun as possible for everyone! The disc golf community is great at raising funds for a good cause, and we want to make sure that this year's Snow N Throw Ice Bowl is no exception.
