What's the story behind the name of the tourney? I've never played in the "Hank Wide Open" before, but always wondered about the name. Quail was looking fantastic for the Midwest Showdown, so I'm excited for next week! I'm hoping to finish some holes the right way this go round, I've been so close to shooting some hot rounds, but just been missing a lot of easy putts :(

Its story time: We have a buddy, Henry, that was always upset that all of our events were on Saturday because he works in sales and Saturday is always a busy day for him. That’s awesome, much better than I had hoped. I was thinking maybe it was a tribute to someone we lost! I’ve been clean shaven all my adult life, maybe next year I’ll remember to grow out an epic stache!

Newer to disc golf community...do waitlist people typically get to play? I know it probably depends on how many people drop out but if no one drops out is it less likely? Just curious.

It all depends on if people drop but lately we have had higher drops then normal so there is a good chance if you are top 5 for sure maybe more. If you dont get on off the waitlist you will get a refund

The waitlist is capped at 10. When spots start opening up you’ll be able to register for the waitlist
