Silly Goose Disc Golf Presents: "CHILI GOOSE" Doubles Tournament
About this tournament
Silly Goose Disc Golf is Incredibly excited to host another Doubles Tournament in Flower City Park, Palmyra, Missouri. This time we will utilize the Orange Course. Chris Fountain, as well as many other volunteers have put in countless hours building a beautiful course with an additional 9 holes to the original 18 hole layout.
We will be playing one Round of 27 holes and then having a Chili Cookoff.
The "UDisc" app will be used to keep score and view leaderboards. Please make sure you or your teammate have a free "UDisc" account and available on your phone during play.
There are 3 separate divisions (MA1, MA2, and MA3). Each of those Divisions will receive prizes for 1st place.
(MA1) 1st place team will receive a special "Silly Goose Trophy" as well.
If you are curious as to which one of those divisions your team will fit best in, here is a super quick and over simplified rundown:
- MA1 plays as Expert
- MA2 plays as Intermediate
- MA3 plays as Recreational / Beginner
After play we will meet back at the Pavilion for a Chili Cookoff Competition. All players can prepay when they register for $6 a person "All you can Eat Chili" ticket. The day of the price will be $10. Players will be able to warm themselves up and vote for their favorite chili. The funds from the Cookoff will go to the winning Chili Chef!
There will be an $3 ACE Fund jar available at the Check in.
We will have a CTP (Closest to pin) competition during the round play. The winner of each Division will receive a:
