To withdraw, you MUST contact the TD preferably by filling out the refund request on DiscGolfScene. Alternatively, email [email redacted]. Full refunds might not be given.

Full refunds are only guaranteed if the player's spot is filled. (This means a refund decision may not come until after the tournament date.) Otherwise:

30 days: Full refund
15-29 days: 50% refund.
14 days: 25% refund.
