About this tournament

Welcome to the 3rd event of the Port City Points Series, Short Stuff At Castle. This will be a 2 round C-tier at Castle Hayne Disc Golf Course. Both rounds will be played from the short tee pads to the long basket positions.

Player check-in will begin at 8am and will end at 9am. Any players not checked in by 9am will forfeit their spot to play. Players meeting will begin at 9:10am and we will begin round 1 at 9:30am.

There will be an optional $5 Ace Pool the morning of. There is currently $160 that rolled over from the first 2 events.

Here is some clarity on where you entry fee goes.
-$2 from each player goes to PGDA fees
-$5 from each player in the points series divisions goes towards the season end payout
-$25 from all Amateur divisions goes to player packs
-The rest of your entry goes to payout
-Top 40% of each Professional division get paid out after the event
-Top 45% of each Amateur division get paid out after the event

Port City Points Series Details

The Port City Points Series will be a series of 8 events in and around Wilmington.
These events will take place during the months of February, May, June, July, August, October, November, and December.
All Professional divisions will be paid out through PayPal.
All events will have 2 item player packs for all Amateur divisions.
All Amateur divisions will be paid out though store credit to Cape Fear Games following the event.
First place in each division will receive a custom trophy.

POINTS SERIES DETAILS
Divisions that will be eligible for points and series end payouts will be MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40, MA2, and FA1.
More divisions will be offered at each tournament but only these divisions will be in the points race for series end prizes.
Players will receive 1 point for completing each event and will receive 1 point for each person that they beat in their division.
Players that compete in all 8 events will receive an extra 10 points.
You must complete the event to receive points

The series winner in MPO and MP40 will receive a trophy and $200. Second place in MPO and MP40 will receive $100.
The series winner in MA1, MA40, MA2, and FA1 will receive a trophy and their choice of GripEQ bag or Zuca Compact Cart.
Second place in MA1, MA40, MA2, and FA1 will receive a Bullseye basket.

There will be at least 1 temp course in this series, possibly 2.
Tournament dates and locations will be announced as they become finalized.
