MPO: 1st round Blue course Blue tees, 2nd round White course Blue tees
MA1: 1st round Blue course Blue tees, 2nd round White course Blue tees
MA2: 1st round White Course White tees, 2nd round blue course White tees

All other divisions will play White course White tees for both rounds.
