Registration currently full, but I will start a wait list for those interested. Those who are registered but not paid by 9:15 on the day of the event will forfeit their spot and available packs will go to those on the wait list.


PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST EITHER PRE-PAY OR CHECK-IN AND PAY BY 9:15 ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT.

BECAUSE PACKAGES NEED TO BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE, THOSE REGISTERING AFTER 9/5/15 MAY NOT GET THEIR PREFERRED SHIRT SIZE.

Email or send a message to the TD if you want to use Paypal or credit card to make payment. In order to guarantee being able to play on the day of the event, we are encouraging people to not only pre-register, but to pre-pay. Pre-payment can be done in person at Shore Acres on Tuesday nights between 4:00 and 6:00, by sending a check to the TD by mail, or by Paypal or credit card. We will use the pre-registration list in order to estimate the number of players packs needed. Having people pre-pay for the event helps us to get a better estimate of how many players packs to order and guarantees your spot on the day of the event. If you pre-pay and are not able to make the event, we can make arrangements to get your players pack to you.

If you cashless pre-register, you must check in by 9:15 on the day of the event or you may lose your spot. After 9:15 on the day of the event, registration will be first come, first serve. Anyone who cashless pre-registers and no shows on the day of the event will be put on a "naughty list"and this may negatively impact your opportunity to register for future events hosted by Shore Acres Disc Golf Club.

Player package:
All 2015 players receive two identical Discraft prototype discs made especially for this year's Ace Race, plus a high performance wicking t-shirt, a stainless steel bottle opener, SuperColor mini, and a 3-in-1 sticker. All included with your entry fee!

Rules of play:
Players are required to use the player package discs, and only these discs. If a disc is lost, the player has the option of using the second disc from the package. Only one throw per player per hole. All players should have their own scorecards and mark "A" for aces (a hole-in-one) and "M" for holes on which they hit metal.

After all players in the group have thrown, discs are picked up and the group moves directly to the next tee. Players keep their scorecards for round two, using the next line on the card to record the round. less
