I've played other tournaments but this is my first Trilogy Challenge. I was wondering since these are brand new discs, if we get through check-in's with a bunch of time to spare are we welcome to go test out the discs or are they not to be thrown until the tournament starts?

If I wanted to try to get in the tournament what is my best chance? Is there a waitlist? Show up day of and hope for a dropped player?

Unfortunately I have to withdraw. Please refund entry fee.
Thank you
You can choose the refund option on your confirmation email. I will speak with Bruce to have this refunded if you are not able to locate your email. Please let me know. Thank you.

are registration fees refundable if I cant attend for some reason?
Yes, but only if done far enough in advance. If you can't make it and don't cancel on time, you'll still get your player pack.
You are welcome. I hope to see you there. This will be a fun event for everyone.

Here is a little preview of the driver by Lat64 for the Trilogy Challenge:
"The Musket is a straight shooter. Accuracy and distance do not always go hand in hand. But this speedy fairway driver can give you that little extra firepower and still hold the line. The perfect weapon when the fairway is narrow and the basket is far away. Speed: 10, Glide: 5, Turn: -0.5, Fade: 2. Release info: The Musket will be available by playing in a Trilogy Challenge. Regular release scheduled for the fall of 2018." - by Latitude 64°

I was just wondering, is this tournament more competitive or is it open to more recreational players too?
This event is more geared toward getting new players on the course with new discs that are yet to be released. The winner for each division will have their prize, but since nobody has thrown the discs that they will be playing with, it is really a come out and have fun event. I hope this helps and I hope to see you there.

Are the score cards the reusable type?

are there lighter weight discs for women players?
Since all players receive the same set of molds, can we trade with each other? For example, if Wendi had a max weight driver and I had a 150g, could we swap discs?
You certainly can, but I can almost guarantee there will not be anything in the 150's.
I have participated in at least one Trilogy Challenge event since they began in 2014. The lowest weights I've seen were in the 165g range. :(
You are welcome to throw them, but if they get lost...you will not get a replacement. The round must be played with only the three you get at check in. Players did lose discs last year early on holes and during practice.
Cool thanks, I'm not worried about losing a disc. Just wasn't sure how strict the rules were as far as throwing the discs before tee time.
Once you have them in your possession, you can do with them as you see fit. Please note that have changed the check in from 9am to 8:30 to allow players to get out before it gets really hot.
Thanks for the heads up! Going to be a hot one out there tomorrow.
