Hi Patrick! Yes it has just taken a while to get everything all set. Over the winter had an opportunity to do Shades of Gray MASTERS at an old classic course in the hills. But needed enough snow to melt to verify that it was worthy of a B-tier masters only event. Turns out it was not, so I went back to my initial plan and sort of restarted the process. Just in the last few days things have been confirmed so you will see a new DG Scene event and updated website on peacejames.co very shortly.

If your spot is not filled then TD will choose either the players pack you would have received or 50% PayPal refund for all amateur divisions. All professional divisions will receive 50% PayPal refund if their spot is not filled 29-15 days before event start date. 14 days before event start date until registration closes = 100% PayPal refund if your spot is filled. If your spot is not filled then 25% PayPal refund for all divisions. Absolutely no registration changes nor refunds at all after registration closes September 20,2021!

Sundance Trail also needs to buy food and hire staff to cover as well so it’s not as simple as just adding a couple additional players to a list. I have stopped doing day-of registrations a while ago and therefor anyone on the fence would need to sign up before registration closes Monday, Sept 20. It has been open for three months as you know. Thank you very much for coming, you are not going to forget it! It’s continued to be warm, so not sure fall colors will be going strong at that point.

Hi Steve! Unfortunately there is a wedding at Sundance on Friday so we will not be able to camp on-site Friday night. However the area has lots of National Forest to park in or there are two campgrounds about five more miles down the same road 74E towards Red Feather Lakes; Doudy Lake campground and West Lake campground.

Hi Randy! Sorry for the delay. Yes you can bring a small trailer. Thank you very much for asking because larger trailers will have to be parked down by the barn. But these size and smaller will be fine for the regular camping area in the west meadow. PLUS, confirmed this weekend that we'l have breakfast available as well on Sunday morning. I'll get registration updated as soon as I can.
