Special masters considerate mountain course in the gorgeous northern Colorado mountains. If you're familiar with the normal Sundance course, we are not playing 17 or 18, and have designed a new less challenging mountain climbing route for holes 5-8. This is still a mountain course with worn-in tee pads and raw ranch land with holes and rough spots. So please wear sturdy footwear and drink plenty of water. There will be 3 water stations throughout the course.

Ranch dinner will be served for all registered players even the pros, plus there is optional on-site camping Saturday night, Sunday morning breakfast and lunch boxes too for both days all available through DG Scene registration. Sundance Trail Guest Ranch will be selling beer and snacks at tournament central as well all weekend. See the menu down lower on this page a bit. Please contact the TD about any camping trailers you want to bring. We can probably accommodate you, just need to know about it first.

There will also be a campfire for us Saturday night at 7pm at the fire ring. Absolutely no personal fires at your campsite at all. We will allow very small self-contained gas camp stoves like you bring backpacking.

No smoking on the disc golf course at all! There will be designated areas for you to smoke. The biggest wildfire in Colorado history came way too close to Sundance Trail recently, so please be respectful and careful.

Mini Disc Golf and a Putting Competition will be happening all weekend with half of those entry fees being donated to charity. All extra Fun Events scorecards must be turned in to tournament Central by 10am Sunday morning to count. The Putting Competition will be two rounds. First round is Saturday morning through Sunday morning. The top putting scorecards will advance to the finals and will be announced at the Sunday morning players meeting.

$10 greens fees are included with everyone's entry fee. There is a wedding carryover from the days prior to our event, so we will not have on-site lodging available this year.

I like to offer all possible divisions to start with, especially for a masters only event. Divisions may be consolidated closer to tournament time. Any registrations after September 10 will incur a $10 late registration fee. Following PJC refund policy posted on DG Scene as well as the PDGA Refund rules, absolutely no refunds at all after registration closes September 20, 2021!

This will be a traditional style event with smaller ams players pack for larger am awards. Players packs guaranteed for first 50 amateurs registered. All amateur award payouts will be Discmania online store certificates. Professional payouts will be PayPal cash. Internet is not reliable up at Sundance so it might take a couple days for payouts to be paid.

PeaceJames CO is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refunds/cancellations will be charged a $5 handling fee.
At least 30 days before event start date = 100% PayPal refund
29-15 days before event start date = 100% PayPal refund if your spot is filled. If your spot is not filled then TD will choose either the players pack you would have received or 50% PayPal refund for all amateur divisions. All professional divisions will receive 50% PayPal refund if their spot is not filled 29-15 days before event start date.
14 days before event start date until registration closes = 100% PayPal refund if your spot is filled. If your spot is not filled then 25% PayPal refund for all divisions.
