Drive-Through Check In (Mask Required)

Check In Starts Saturday at 8:00 AM near the pavilion by Hole #1. Please drive counter-clockwise around the park loop (1-Way, about a mile) by keeping to the right after you pull in and drive until you come to the 2nd Larger Pavilion on the right There will be a pull off loop to the right where you can drive right up to the corner of the pavilion and check in without leaving your car. All we need are your Names and Divisions. We will confirm your attendance and give everyone in the car their Pro or Am players pack where they can then proceed to Player Parking Areas. Please don't park until you have gone through the Drive-Through Check In. This will help us maintain appropriate physical distance requirements for all of our attendees and volunteer staff.

Player Parking Areas

Parking starts by the bathroom behind SBM #18 Long Tee Pad and goes backwards along the right-hand side of the road (opposite of #14 Fairway) all the way back to SBM Hole #12. Please pull off into the grass enough when parking so you don't obstruct the road for others. Parking at the Main Pavilion/Tourney HQ is reserved for Tournament Staff Only. There are also some spots around the Cul De Sac at the park's main entrance, at the small parking lot below SBM#16 and along the left hand side of the upper-left road by SBM #11. It is important to not block the road, be courteous of park pedestrians (15 MPH plz) and to keep off the fairways where a vehicle might obstruct a shot. Also there will be Orange No Parking cones setup along SBM holes #18, #1 and #2.

The Caddy Pages shows all OB areas on both courses and includes the layout assignments (Courses, Tee Pads and Baskets played) for all divisions.Enjoy!

Couple of quick updates in regards to the Seth Burton Memorial;

1. Players will be required to wear a mask at Tourney HQ by hole #1
- This includes drive through check in, payouts and any visit to HQ
2. We are encouraging all players and spectators to wear masks away from HQ
3. We are raising the attendance cap shortly to 144 players - 44 Pros and 100 Ams
4. Player registrations (and refunds) are based on the order they are received
5. Pro Payouts will be done via PayPal whenever possible
- If you do not have a PayPal account please contact the TD's for cash/check
6. Am Payouts Packs will be pre-selected by Division to avoid large gatherings
- Am Payouts will be ready ASAP once all scores are tallied for your Division

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we are placing an attendance cap on the Pro/Am registration for the Seth Burton Memorial to 100 players. We must also lower the overall added cash for this event to $6,000 from a lack of financial sponsors and our reduced fundraising ability.

Thanks for your understanding and we look forward to hosting another enjoyable and responsible PDGA A/B Tier event in September!
