Fee: $15.00 Per Person
All proceeds will go to Primary Children’s Medical Center
IT’S FOR THE KIDS!
We will take the first 72 people to register so sign up quickly. Payment, registration and questions should be made to Kurt Cunning 801-726-8270 or Mark Gibby 435-225-9254. Please register early if possible so we can get a headcount. Registration will also be available the day of the event.
Registration will guarantee 18 holes of play. In the event of a tie, there will be a sudden death round to determine a tie breaker.
This Tournament is sponsored by Smiths Food and Drug, Store #131 and is not an official PDGA Tournament
