Was promoted off the waitlist, when I went to pay the fee it said registration not found and am no longer on the registration or waitlist so I'm a little confused

Chuck Mintz   April 23, 2022 at 2:15am

There was a time deadline in the promotion email.

Weslee Moon   April 23, 2022 at 2:29am

Nowhere in the email said there was a deadline.

Jim Van Scyoc    April 22, 2022 at 3:57pm

Chuck, sorry so late, family matters came up and not going to make the tourney. No refund necessary use it where you need it.

Thanks for the heads up!

Hey Chuck, I forgot to grab my players pack for the last event (treesmack I think) any way you still have some of it? My bad for forgetting then. Thanks

Chuck I saw a Facebook post about an email being sent out and I had to update my email in DiscGolf scene. Is there a chance you can try to send it to me again?

Is there a caddy book that lists all OBs, mando's, hazards, DZs, etc.? For example, when teeing off on 8, are you OB if you go right into the 11th fairway?

Chuck Mintz   April 18, 2022 at 4:51am

I'll be sending out an email with a guide tomorrow or Tuesday. In general the only OBs on the course are on/over the paved paths, sidewalk, and in the parking lot.

Chuck Mintz   April 18, 2022 at 4:53am

No hazards on any hole, no mandos either.

Aaron Hursey    April 13, 2022 at 4:51pm

I see that part of the player's pack includes a gift card to Bok-a-Bok. Do you have an alternative option for vegetarians/vegans?

Aaron Hursey   April 18, 2022 at 4:26pm

Seems like no?

Nathan Campbell   April 19, 2022 at 4:58pm

I think they have some vegetarian options; not sure on vegan though.

Sam Messe   April 21, 2022 at 3:43am

Looks like a couple veggie options: http://www.bokabokchicken.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Bok-a-Bok-Menu-8.23.21.pdf

Tim Laverty    April 8, 2022 at 2:35am

Chuck- I unfortunately have to bail from this one (was looking forward to it :( ). I've sent you a couple emails on how to withdrawal so someone hopefully can take my spot. Since I joined from the waitlist I don't have a way to cancel. Can you help me out?

Chuck Mintz   April 8, 2022 at 2:43am

Thanks for the heads up. I'll get you removed

Tim Laverty   April 8, 2022 at 4:03am

Thanks!

I fly in Friday morning, will I be able to practice on the course to check it out?

Chuck Mintz   March 31, 2022 at 10:34pm

Yes the course will be set up in tournament layout and open for play on Friday.

Don Anderson    March 4, 2022 at 4:42pm

We Geezers like the early starts…..Just sayin’

Chuck Mintz   March 4, 2022 at 4:55pm

That is probably going to be the case. The last few years had MA60 as the first division teeing off.

Don Anderson   March 5, 2022 at 3:56pm

Thanks Chuck

Devin Proudfit    February 27, 2022 at 4:12am

What divisions will have the early tee times and what divisions will have the later tee times? I am flying in morning of and want to make sure I will be there in time.

Chuck Mintz   February 27, 2022 at 4:13am

I haven't fully got the order of divisions figured out, but MA1 will be the last division to tee off for the day.

Devin Proudfit   February 27, 2022 at 4:14am

Perfect that is all I needed to know. Thank you. I fly in at 8:30 am the 23rd.

Jose Licano    February 1, 2022 at 8:51pm

Hi, not sure why I'm on the waitlist since I'm registered

Chuck Mintz   February 1, 2022 at 9:15pm

Double registration? I'll remove the waitlist listing for you.

Kyle Dorsey    January 25, 2022 at 4:06am

Is there chance for MA2 & MA3 to increase or are they locked in at those numbers

Chuck Mintz   January 25, 2022 at 4:12am

There is a chance. I will make a determination on that later.

Sam Messe   January 25, 2022 at 4:24am

Ooooof hope so! Chucks events sure are popular, for good reason!

Benjamin Saul    January 25, 2022 at 4:03am

MA3 full in less than a minute. How do I join the waitlist?

Chuck Mintz   January 25, 2022 at 4:04am

waitlist registration has been enabled now

Benjamin Saul   January 25, 2022 at 4:05am

Thanks. That was stressful...

Ryan Jones    January 25, 2022 at 2:04am

Chuck Mintz   January 25, 2022 at 2:11am
