Do you have to be current PDGA to play?

Hi Nick, you do not need to be a PDGA member to play in a B-tier in Europe. Sorry I thought I'd answered you a while ago. Cheers

Hello,
I will be visiting Scotland May 17 - May 27th.
Staying in Edinburgh Friday, May 17 - Monday, May 20 and saw that this tournament is happening.
I will not have a rental car until Monday, May 20th when I head north. But, was wondering how easy is it to get to this course with out a car. Is there public transportation? Taxi/Lyft/Uber? Carpooling with other competitors available?
Cheers,
Joe
