This event is the Maryland qualifier for the United States Amatuer Disc Golf Championships 2017. Top 35 % of MA1 will qualify for the 2017 USADGC! The current field of MA1 (59) will have 20 qualifiers.
A True Amatuer event- Trophy Only! 1st- 3rd MA1, 1st FA1, 1st MG1 will receive a trophy.
Players will receive a player pack valued at over $50 (200 % value) The player pack has a shirt, disc, mini, hat and a sticker.
CTP's, Hole #, and eligibility (rating/division/etc) are posted prior to the tournament for practice purposes and as a reference during the tournament. Both rounds count for the ctp. Non pdga players and new pdga players without a rating will be rated by prior pdga scores/ honor system/ TD discretion. Non renewed pdga will use their last pdga rating (Checked using TD tools).
Hole 10, first round, will have a CTP for each card for a Innova sport sack.
CTP Flag Colors & Eligibility:
Yellow: Players rated 900 or higher are eligible for yellow ctps only.
Orange: Players rated 899- 850 are eligible for orange- yellow ctps
White: Players rated under 850 are eligible for white- yellow ctps.
Pink: MG1 only ctps. Pink players are also eligible for rating based ctps depending on rating.
Green: FA1 only ctps. Green players are eligible for all ctps, including pink.

Two rounds of long tee / yellow basket. Subject to change on TD's discretion. Speed of play/weather may require short tee/ yellow basket second round for any or all divisions.
The pond, the road (including the gutter), the parking lot, the walking path and beyond on hole 14 (near the retirement home) and the roped off section of rocks behind 14's yellow basket are OB. All mandos (1,2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, and 16) have a mando drop zone, which is the flagged area next or near the mando. All Holes have drop zones that are MANDATORY for OB off the tee. Casual relief from bathroom building on holes 1,7,8.
