About this tournament
The Scenic Vista Challenge presented by Pie Pan Discs.
This will be a 2 round event, shotgun start.
All amateur players will recieve 1 disc from the Pie Pan lineup of your choice. Plenty of discs will be available. Also in your players pack will be a 10% off coupon for an online purchase from our payout sponsor, PURE FLIGHT DISC GOLF. Get your hands on some Ohio made plastic and support another Ohio business.
Please do your best to arrive early.
Check in will be 7:30am-8:30am
Short players meeting 8:30-8:35am
2 min warning will be 8:48am
Tee off 8:50am
MPO- BLUE TEES
MA3-MA4 AND MA50- RED TEES.
ALL OTHER DIVISIONS- WHITE TEES
We have to start a little earlier due to the pavilion being rented at 5pm.
Last year we were done and basically ready to roll out at 5:30 so I'm hoping we can do the same.
1 hour lunch after the last card comes in. Scenic Vista Park is a bit remote for food.
Closest spot is 15 min away. Which is why we have lunch options. Then we will start round 2. Hoping to be around 1:15-1:30.
$5 Ace pot. If no ace is hit during the event we will throw off for 50% of the prize fund with the other 50% going to course improvements. (Turf for blue and red tee's)
$5 ctp's. I will have something for each division. Cash or accessories of some type.
C1 will be marked again with orange markers. OB with white paint and flags. Casual play is easy. Tournament play is tougher. Baskets will be moved 2 weeks before the event for those wanting to practice the layout. 17 will not change for the SVC.
I can't thank PURE FLIGHT DISCS enough for doing payouts again this year. Thank you Luke and Danielle. Happy to be able to help a growing Ohio made disc golf company in Pie Pan Discs and really look forward to some feedback from players receiving a disc. Throw far and putt big.
