I presume the waitlisted folks are “out of luck” at this time?

Chances are slimming, but they are not "out of luck" yet. There is still a possibility that someone will drop or be a no show tomorrow. If I'm notified in time I can notify the next player in line on the wait list. If there are no shows in the morning, you will need to be there ready to go.

OK, thanks. If nothing has happened by 8 PM today, I won't plan on coming (I'm currently #2 on the wait list), so I can join another outing. (I prefer not to take the trip tomorrow morning and then find out there are no "no-shows".)

I usually try to give a minimum of a weeks notice. That being said, registration will open next Sunday the 22nd at 7 pm.
