Me and my doubles partner are looking to qualify for USDGC Doubles, which is an event held in Rock Hill prior to USDGC in late September-October. According to the USDGC Doubles website, this tournament is listed as a qualifier for the main USDGC Doubles event. I wanted to make sure before I signed up since it is listed as a qualifier on the USDGC site but not on Disc golf scene. Sorry for the confusion!

Our TD, Logan Statan was recommending to try to encourage sign ups. Unfortunately we won't have it for this but we will look into doing so next time we do the event! We did have it on there with Logan's set up but we didn't realize it was published as such already! Thank you for reaching out to us for this!

Thank you for your notes. They are very helpful! With this being our first Disc Golf Tournament, we are thankful for your comments as well as many other professionals in the field. As this is a joint effort with North Cove to create this fundraiser tournament, we will be in discussion with their team to see about adding the additional rounds for those who are interested! It is a casual tournament with the goal of fundraising for our efforts in Testicular Cancer Research with Atrium Health, but we are welcoming professionals to compete and help those who are novice in learning more in the sport. The Sponsor entry does include entry for a team if requested! The business team is for those looking to sponsor a team to compete with branding for their company included! We have spoken to Brent Miller, who is a professional in the sport as he gave us some very helpful advice as well. Once we have updated our event details with the updates that you and others have provided, we will let you know in hopes to hvae your support! We are working with North Cove to reach out to the the WNCDGA and other associations to gain their support as well!

Closest to basket! And 4 players per team! We'll also pair people together on teams if they don't have 4 in their group. please let us know if you have any further questions!

I have played disc golf for 20 years. If you want Disc Golfer to sign up, they need to know when the rounds take place, what prizes are available for the winners? What the payout will be like? Are there going to be different divisions? If not, good luck finding hardly anyone who will sign up. You need a pro division for men and amateur division for men pro division for women and amateur division for women at a minimum. You need to post information about how many rounds will be played. As I read more, it appears that individuals who sign up are joining a team that you put together for them. If this is a team tournament, call it a team tournament With options to join a team by signing up individually. I would love to come up and play the course in tournament. But I’m gonna have a hard time talking my buddies into joining a tournament with no divisions and no knowledge of what the prizes will be. I recommend you give me a call and we talk about this or you talk with other longtime professional Disc Golfer like myself in order to help you formulate more information On this tournament page or I have a fear that you will not have much participation.
