About this tournament
2 rounds of play
This is a two-day PDGA B-tier with tee times between Patapsco Valley State Park (Saturday) and Rockburn Branch Park (Sunday), sponsored by Sapwood Cellars Brewery and The Friends of Patapsco Valley State Park, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Thursday, May 29 - Players Party: Please join us at Sapwood Cellars in Columbia, MD on the Thursday before the tournament for drinks, players packs, and (family-friendly) fun disc golf activities. Can't make it on Thursday? Pick up your players pack on Saturday at Tournament Central.
Saturday, May 31 - Round 1: Patapsco (McKeldin Area). Tee times will range between 9:45am and 5:00pm.
Sunday, June 1 - Round 2: Rockburn Branch. Tee times will range between 9:00am and 4:15pm.
Prizes & Players Packs
‣ All Amateurs and Juniors will receive a Sapwood Showdown t-shirt, tournament-stamped disc, and a drink ticket (or an alternative item for those who do not consume alcohol).
‣ Trophies will be available for the top 3 players in divisions with 10 or more competitors.
‣ For divisions with 3-9 competitors, trophies will only be available for 1st place.
‣ Other prizes & games will be available during our Players Party on Thursday, May 29th at Sapwood Cellars Brewery.
Scoring will be done electronically at https://pdga.com/score

Rockburn (Sunday)
‣ All FA and MA4: Concrete to Red.
‣ All Others: Mixed layout! Concrete to White, except for holes 4, 6, 12, and 13 to Red.
RAFFLE
1 for $3, 2 for $5. Can be purchased online when registering OR in-person
Raffle items include (so far) a DGA Mach Shift 3-in-1 Portable Adjustable Disc Golf Basket, Maryland Flag Dynamic Discs Paratrooper Bag, and 2 DGA TRVRS bags. More to come!

- You will have the opportunity to place your raffle tickets at both the Players Party and Saturday at Tournament Central. Winners will be chosen prior to Sunday round, so prizes can be picked up on Sunday.
Special note: We ask that players carpool as much as possible to reduce the number of vehicles taking up valuable parking space at the parks (especially at Patapsco)!
