I left/lost a 2022 Safari bask towel somewhere between the practice basket and the 10 basket between 8 and 9 Friday morning. If you find it please bring it to tournament central.

Will there be an event on Thursday day / evening (e.g. tourney dubs) that will occupy the course, or will it be open to practice for anyone?

If someone is still on the waitlist by the start of the tournament, should they still show up just in case? Will there be ghost cards or something like that? If yes, what time should someone on the waitlist for MA1 show up? Thanks in advance!

We don't plan on adding any additional spots for day of. If they are still on the waitlist by the start of the tournament I wouldn't count on playing and you will get a refund.

Division orders are the same for all 3 days. So once tee times for Friday are published, you'll have a really good idea what it will be for the other two days. FA1 is around the middle of tee times...so prob between 10 - noon.

If there are available spots in a division (6/8 in fpo) that don’t get filled, will another division expand? If so, when would that happen? Asking for a friend who is #2 on the waitlist in mpo as of now. And I am a friend to myself. Thanks!

No that is not accurate. If you are on waitlist and don't get in to the tournament, you get a refund. If you are in the tournament and drop and there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot we will give you a refund. Hey there Phil. In true safari fashion, the holes will change day by day and there won't be any formal opportunity to practice the course as it will play. Parks and rec has specifically asked that no one practice across the street at the temporary holes as well prior to the event.

I am a bit confused. Frank Messenger dropped from MA2 and I was #1 on the waitlist. It looks like someone else was put in that spot instead.

He transferred his sponsorship to someone else. Sponsorships are non refundable so we encourage sponsors who need to back out to find someone to trade with.

You actually may get in. They collapse divisions that don't get filled, and or they may open the division your in for the top X people on the waitlist. If your impatient, then possibly message some of SFDGC leadership.
