About this tournament
2 rounds of play
TWO (2) rounds at ARBORETUM Park ONLY! (As of now we will NOT be using any holes on Spiker side!)
Planned layout will be holes 1, 2, A-I, 3-6, 16-18. (Holes 2, 6, 16, & 18 will all be in short pin locations.) PLEASE SEE PHOTO FOR ANY LAYOUT CONCERNS
WE WILL ALSO BE USING THE 38TH ST PAVILION! 40°50'25.4"N 81°24'34.2"W Please use coordinates to assure you are in the proper parking lot.
POT LUCK LUNCH! (Pavilion should have a kitchen area & power)
Entry fees for each division stand at $20 per golfer. (The quick breakdown of the $20: $10 event payout, $8 fund raiser, $1 series payout, $1 host club.) $10 of each entry goes towards that day’s payout, $8 will go to the “charity†(which is NEODGA, which goes back to the local clubs annually to fund worthy projects, traditionally at our spring meeting), $1 will go to the series payout of the top 3 of each division (the series payout will be AT the final event at Parma- Lakeview Church March 24th!) and $1 will go to the host club to cover expenses and benefit local concerns.
If no ace is hit, only half of that day’s ace fund accumulation rolls forward and the other half stays with the host club.
