Refund policy
Southern Oregon Winter Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow all PDGA guidelines for refunds. It is the players responsibility to know these guidelines. All drop outs will be charged a $10 handling fee as highlighted in the pdga refund guidelines.
