Southern Oregon Winter Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow ALL PDGA guidelines for refunds. It is the PLAYERS responsibility to know these guidelines. All players who register and then drop out will be charged a $10 handling fee as outlined in the PDGA refund policy. No exceptions.
