Refund policy
Southern Oregon Winter Series is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We follow all PDGA guidelines for refunds. All refunds will be charged a $10 handling fee as outlined in the PDGA refund guidelines. It is the players responsibility to know these guidelines.
