About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Summer Melee at Rum Village is a PDGA C-Tier singles event. Two rounds of 24 holes at Rum Village DGC in South Bend, IN.

First round will be 24 holes with all pins in the short positions
Second round will be 24 holes with pins in the long positions (if applicable)
We will be using PDGA Live scoring for this event.
Each group will also have a paper scorecard as a backup to the digital application.
PLAYERS PACK FOR EVERY REGISTERED AM PLAYER
Players pack will included one tournament stamped Discraft disc. Options will be: Buzzz, Hades, Passion, Athena, Cicada, Zone, or Buzzz SS.
At least one Ctp's or longest putt for every division during the first round.
On site lunch will be included in your buy in again this year.
PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for top 3 finishers.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout day of onsite in accordance with PDGA guidelines by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophies for Top 3 finishers in each division.

Optional Ace Fund
Spots will be moved around as we get closer to the event. If your division is filled up get on the wait list, there is a good possibility that a spot will open up. Division spots will be moved and opened at the TD's discretion.
Players are expected to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.
No cashless registration. No walk-ups.
Refund policy:
St. Joseph Valley DGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Players who officially request to withdraw prior to June 25th, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between June 26th and July 2nd, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between July 3rd and July 5th, 2024 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $5 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after July 5th, 2024 forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Rounds and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
